ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to pass an order or direction or any other proceedings one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not initiating any action against the respondents No.7 to 9 and not preventing the 4th respondent from interfering in the Civil Dispute as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14, 16 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to register a case against the respondents No.7 to 9 and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri G.R.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not registering the case against respondent Nos.7 to 9 and the 4th respondent is interfering in the civil dispute at the instance of respondent Nos.7 to 9.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute.
5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
