SANISETTY VENKATESWARLU SC FOR APSRTC The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in paying terminal benefits to the petitioner for the services rendered for the period from 01-08-1986 to 04-02-2016 for the services rendered to the corporation as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to pay the terminal benefits to the petitioner for the services rendered to the Corporation i.e., from 01-08-1986 to 04-02-2016 from the date of appointment to the date of removal.” 2 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC would submit that the terminal benefits of the Petitioner have already been settled and hence, no further orders are required in this matter. 3. Despite the matter being posted under the caption “for dismissal”, none represented for the Petitioner. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
