This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not providing SainikJhavan at Chittoor and amenities for the last 20 years. 2. s f- a 2 %

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued G.O.Rt.No.2457 dated 21.12.2012 for construction of Sainik Bhavan at Chittoor by sanctioning Rs.40,00,000/- (Rs.20,00,000/- State share and Rs.20,00,000/- Central share). But the 3'"^ respondent is objecting for the same on the ground that new Sainik Bhavan building was built in Tirupati in the year 2017 and as such no other building is required in Chittoor town. But the counsel for the petitioner submits that, once the State Government and other authorities sanctioned the same for Chittoor town, the 3^^ respondent cannot object for it.
Though, the building was built in Tirupati subsequently and specifically in view of bifurcation of the revenue districts. the another building is also required in Chittoor town for the welfare of the members of the petitioner association. 4. The respondent Nos.2 to 5 filed counter and relying upon the same. the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, if the petitioner makes fresh representation to the authorities, the same will be considered following the due procedure. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make representation afresh to the respondents enclosing all the necessary documents in support of its claim within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of this
order. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representationof the petitioner strictly in accordance with law by hearing all the parties
3 concerned including the petitioner and upon verification of the records, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (4) months thereafter. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as
