This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking direction against the respondents to conduct proper, fair and impartial investigation in respect of FIR No.255/2019 dated 22.12.2019 registered at Police Station Shekhpur Ahir, District Bhiwadi, Alwar (Raj.). 2. The petition was filed in the year 2020 and thereafter, no proper steps have been taken for pursuing the present petition and in last 5 years substantial changes must have taken place. 3. However, in the interest of justice, in case the investigation is not yet complete, the petitioner is directed to [2025:RJ-JP:45380] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2156/2020] submit the representation revealing his grievance before respondent No.4, who, in the eventuality of not filing charge-sheet pursuant to impugned FIR, would take into consideration the representation and would take action in accordance with law. 4.
