ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the Respondents in registering the crime by issuing FIR pursuant to Petitioners complaint dated 10.09.2018 against the 4th Respondent as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice as also contrary to Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also in violation of duty under Section 154 of Cr.P.C. and consequently direct the Respondents to register the crime and investigate the matter and pass…”

Learned counsel representing Sri K.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at this length of time, no further orders are required in the present writ petition, and it may be closed.
