The petitioner is aggrieved by the suspension order dated 3rd April 2025. 3. After recess, Mr. Nilesh Desai, the learned assisting counsel to Mr. Suresh Pakale, learned senior counsel appears and states on instructions from the petitioner who is present in the Court that the petitioner does not want to prosecute this writ petition. The writ petition is therefore dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. We however indicate that we have not reflected on the merits of the matter and all contentions which the petitioner can raise are left open.
