The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Home Science on the basis of her merit in the selection process conducted by the second respondent in response to advertisement 02/2023, Annexure P-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case second respondent is directed to decide the representation dated 22.11.2024, Annexure P-8, in a specified period.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and submits that representation, dated 22.11.2024, will be decided by the second respondent expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent- Secretary of the Commission, to consider and decide the representation, dated 22.11.2024, SONIA BURA 2025.04.02 10:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of two months of receiving a certified copy of this order.

In case, the order is not passed within the stipulated period, the officer concerned shall pay costs of ₹ 50,000 to the petitioner.
