The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 107 of 2024 arising out of Rania P.S. Case No. 13 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(6), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti. 3. On 11.04.2023, Rania Police apprehended co-accused Rohit Topno @ Ratta from a place near Urikel Girjatoli. On search, a loaded country-made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from his possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot, nor anything incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2025. It was finally submitted that co-accused Rohit Topno has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 1935 of 2024. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khunti in connection with S.T.
