The clarification is sought on the basis that the relevant conditions of theGovernment & Marketplace Incident Management Policy which is applicable in the present case is Clause 3.2 instead of Clause 2.2(ii) as referred in the order dated 04.04.2025. 3. Learned counsel submits that above clarification will not entail any change in the operative directions contained in the order dated 04.04.2025. 4. Considering the submissions, the application is allowed; it is clarified that the suspension of the petitioner has taken place under Clause 3.2 instead of Clause 2.2(ii)of the concerned Policy. 5.
