Heard Ms. M. Asha, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Prafull N. Bharat, learned A.G. with Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Dy. G.A. for the respondents/ State and Mr. Animesh Tiwari, for respondents No. 2 to 5 & 7. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “i. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner and release the payment of Rs. 76,02,491/- with interest of 12% per annum in favor of the petitioner. ii. That, any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks 3 permission of the court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 4.
