The revision was filed challenging the proceedings of the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Ravulapalam, in M.C.No.14 of 2011 issuing prohibitory orders under Section 145 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.2358 of 2011 Dated 25.03.2025 Cr.P.C’) restraining the entry of both the parties, their men, agents and representatives from entering into the disputed land till the matter is settled between them. It is trite that the proceedings issued under Section 145 of ‘the Cr.P.C.,’ would be in force for not more than six months. In view of the above fact, the criminal revision case is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. 3. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
