He submits that now the petitioner has been appointed as a Post Graduate Trained Teacher in Plus-2 School, Jhalco, Hazaribag. He contends that since the petitioner has already been appointed as a Teacher under the State 2025:JHHC:32684 2 of Jharkhand, and is in Government service, she has got no interest in pursuing the claim of compassionate appointment. 2. Learned counsel representing the respondent No.5 submits that the claim of other sons of this petitioner was kept pending because of pendency of this writ petition filed by this petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment and other reliefs. 3. Considering the submission made by the petitioner’s counsel, as instructed by the petitioner and since the petitioner is not seeking relief in this case, no order can be passed in favour of the petitioner. 4. So far as the claim of respondent No.5 is concerned, if the same is pending, it is open to her to pursue the same, which will be considered on its own merit as per law. 5.
