1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief(s);- 10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioner's case. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue
appropriate
writ/writs,
direction/directions,
order/orders to the respondent authorities to arrange a better and dignified alternative seating space for the advocates sitting in Advocate bar room No. 4 in Collectorate Campus Raipur. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent to not take any coercive step or demolish the Advocate's Bar room No. 4 situated within the premises of Collectorate till a better alternative arrangement has been made. 10.4 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 3 to take steps to provide proper dignified seating arrangement and permanent space for the petitioners as well as the practicing advocates. 10.5 Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners
3 herewith are practicing advocates of Raipur. The petitioners are not aggrieved with any particular order but are aggrieved with the arbitrary and contrary action of the respondents whereby through a Memo dated 07.05.2025 respondent No. 2
directed the respondent No. 2 to coordinate the seating arrangement of the advocates currently practicing and seating behind the old prosecution office situated in Collectorate campus since 1950. The respondent authorities plan to demolish the bar room in question to construct a multistory parking space for civil court. The petitioners, with a limited prayer, seeks direction of this Court, to provide a permanent alternate seating arrangement for the advocates practicing.
3. Learned State Counsel opposed the submission made by the
learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted by this Court, therefore the present writ petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file representation along with all grievances before the Principle District and Session Judge within a period of 15 days from today and in turn the Principle
4 District and Session Judge is directed to decide the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with rules/law/regulations as early as possible.
6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of. SD/-
