The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in WPS No.7026 of 2025. 2 The only modification sought for is that though in the said order the petitioner was directed to produce a copy of order within a week from the date of passing of order i.e. from 17.07.2025 to the Transfer Committee, but he could not obtain copy of order and as a consequence thereof he could not file the same before the transfer committee within time prescribed. Therefore, some time may be extended to produce copy of order dated 17.07.2025 before the Committee. Prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. In view of submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present MCC is allowed and para-4 of said order dated 17.07.2025 passed in WPS No.7026 of 2025 be now read as under : “The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of order to the said transfer committee up to 18th August, 2025.” Rest of the conditions mentioned in the order dated 17.07.2025 shall remain intact.
