1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
“It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon'ble Court in exercise of its inherent powers under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. may kindly be pleased to allow this petition, quash the impugned FIR bearing Crime No. 166/2022 registered at Police Station Azad Chowk Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 120-B, 420 of the Indian penal Code and the entire criminal proceedings arising there from against the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn as the charge sheet has been submitted and liberty may be granted to challenge the same.
3. Learned State counsel has no objection.
