Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, I.A.No.I and II are still pending consideration before the Trial Court and though objections to I.A.No.I and II are already filed by the defendants, no orders have been passed by the Trial Court on I.A.No.I and II. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to consider and dispose of I.A.No.I and II filed in O.S.No.25435 of 2021 on its merits as expeditiously as possible, but not later than a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till disposal of I.A.No.I and II, the interim order granted by this Court on 21.04.2021 shall continue. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52548 WP No. 8076 of 2021 It is needless to state that since the suit is of the year 2021, the trial Court shall make endeavours to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit on merits at the earliest.
