It is further stated that the defendant has paid the entire sum of Rs. 5,00,00,000/- (Five Crores) to the plaintiff in accordance with the terms of the said settlement agreement. 2. He further states that the defendant has agreed to buy-back the suit property from the plaintiff, and the plaintiff has undertaken to execute all necessary documents for completing the said buy-back. 3. The parties jointly request that the suit be decreed in terms thereof. 4. This Court has perused the settlement agreement and finds the same to be lawful and enforceable. 5.
