In this writ petition, the petitioners are assailing the Endorsement dated 09.06.2025 (Annexure-A) issued by respondent No.4-Thasildar, rejecting the application made by the petitioners inter- alia sought to quash the proceedings dated 07.07.2023 (Annexure-B) passed by respondent No.4- Thasildar. 3. On instructions, Thasildar, Manchenahalli Taluk is present before the Court. On instructions of Thasildar, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that respondent No.4 be permitted to withdraw the Endorsement dated 09.06.2025 which is impugned in this writ petition.
