The sum and substance of the writ petition is that the petitioner is seeking extension of the superannuation age from 58 years to 60 years in the respondent society. 3. At the time of considering the matter, Sri P. Venkata Rama Sarma, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as

Sri G. Naveen, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation, jointly submit that consequent to the interim order dated 22.11.2017, the petitioner's services were extended upto the superannuation age of 60 years. According to them, no further orders are necessary in the lis and the same become infructuous. 4. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are required.
