C SUMON 4 The Court made the following order: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.10.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.20474 of 2023. Perusal of the record shows that, on last occasion, it was brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel for the respondents that the respondent authorities have complied with the directions of this Court and the petitioner sought time to get instructions in that regard. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents and as there is no representation for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for restoration of the case, if the respondent authorities have not complied with the orders of this Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
