Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.02.2025 passed by the respondent no.2 in Case No. 8047 of 2024 (Lokendra Singh vs. Jagpal Singh and Others), Computerized Case No.T202411170408047, under Section-24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent nos.3 and 4 to demarcate the area of the petitioners' Gata along with N.H.-91 and pay the compensation of the surplus land acquired by the General Manager, N.Η.-91." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to them, under the law.
