This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities in interfering with the petitioner’s lawful transport business with ONGC, Rajamahendravaram, vide work
order No.
RA/MM/SU/CRUDE/HSD TPTN/SC-68/15-16-90100259 39, dated 29.06.2017, as illegal, arbitrary, high handed, un-constitutional without jurisdiction and violative of Art.19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India, consequently, direct the respondent authorities 2 & 3 not to interfere with the petitioner’s transport works with ONGC, and to pass …”
2 There is no representation for the petitioner, though the matter is posted today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. Even on earlier occasions, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
