The order dated 19.02.2025 passed by the respondent No.2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Khaga, District Fatehpur is under challenge by which the fair price shop license of the petitioner has been cancelled. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection has been taken by the learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Pushpendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for respondent caveator that against the aforesaid order, a statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to file appeal before the Appellate Authority as provided under Section 13(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order 2016 3. In this view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed on the ground of statutory alternative remedy.
