ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“.... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus a to declare the action of the respondents in not receiving the application of the petitioner to the post of Principal as per the Notification No.768/TRC-1/2018-1 dt.26.10.2018 on the ground that he did not possess the minimum service of 5 years in the feeder category of Post Graduate Teacher English ignoring the fact that the respondents issued appointment orders to the petitioner after a gap of 16 months in the second phase on 21.10.2014 from the date of issue of appointment orders to the first phase candidates on 14.06.2013 of same selection list of 2012 batch and not treating it mired by administrative delay as is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the dicta laid down by Apex Court reported in 2015 Supreme SC 256 and Consequently, declare that petitioners appointment order dt.21.10.2014 being 2012 batch recruitee is date back to the 1st phase appointed candidates of the 2012 batch recruitee PGT(English) viz 14.06.2013 for all purposes and consequential benefits....”

5. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No
