The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jagannathpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2020 arising out of POCSO Case No. 47 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 376(2)(i), 376(2)(n), 376(2)(f) of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions, Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act Cases, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have raped his daughter. 4. It was submitted that the victim and the informant who is the mother of the victim have been examined during the trial. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that both the victim and the informant have supported the prosecution case. 6.
