ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action against on the complaint dt. 19-9-2018 given by the petitioner, inspite of his repeated visits, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to forthwith act upon the complaint dt. 19-9-2018 and take action in accordance with law, and to grant.…”
2. Heard Sri K.V.Ratnakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not registering the complaint dated 19.09.2018, given by the petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that no case or FIR was registered on the basis of the complaint dated
19.08.2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that, if the petitioner submits a fresh petition, the same may be considered by the police in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to recourse his remedies according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
