PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused against the order, dated 28.01.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.72 of 2016 in STC.No.4 of 2008 by the learned Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Visakhapatnam, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner herein under Section 344(4) of Cr.P.C., praying the Court to stay the proceedings in STC pending against him till disposal of the Crl.A.No.832 of 2007 on the file of this Court, was dismissed by the trial Court. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that based on the e-Courts website, the Crl.A.No.832 of 2007 itself was disposed on 18.12.2023. Therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 3. In view of the above, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
