De, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents-Contemnor(s). [2] The present Contempt Petition has been filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for drawing up contempt proceeding against the respondent- contemnors for willful and deliberate disobedience and disregard of the specific direction of this Court dated 04.04.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.253 of 2024. [3] When the case is called, Mr. K. De, learned Addl. GA submits that in compliance with the order dated 04.04.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 253 of 2024 of this court, a communication letter dated 07.02.2025 has been issued by the concerned respondent in connection with the present contempt proceeding. Wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has not submitted the documents as required thus, the matter has been rejected by proceeding dated 07.02.2025 by the respondents and the same is taken on record. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents with the required documents and proper acknowledgement. [4] In view of the above submission made by the learned Addl. GA, the instant Contempt Petition is closed. Registry is directed to furnish a copy of this order to both sides as per procedure.
