By the present application, the applicant is praying for correcting the typographical mistake occurred in para 10 of the order dated 22-08-2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 591 of 2024. It is pointed out that instead of the correct date 15-07-2024 in the second line of para 10 of the order, it is mentioned as 29-10-2014. Learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that the date 29-10-2014 be corrected as 15-07-2024 and by doing so, there will be no change in the relief granted by this Court. Mr. Y. Ashang, learned Government Advocate assisted by Mr. Phungyo Zingkhai, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the State respondents, submits that this Court may pass an appropriate order in terms of the relief prayed for. Accordingly, the date 29-10-2014 occurring in second line of para 10 of the order dated 22-08-2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 591 of 2024 be read as 15-07-2024. The application is disposed of in terms of this observation. Furnish copy of this order to the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
