The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned lease deeds dated 31.03.2010 and 13.12.2011. 3. Even though the instant writ petition is pending since 2012, from the relief, as has been prayed for, we find that the appropriate remedy for the petitioners is to approach the competent civil court. 4. Once we decline to entertain the instant writ petition for quashing the lease deeds which have been executed in favour of the private respondents, Shri Pankaj Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to institute a proceedings in accordance with law. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer made. 6. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
