Heard Sri Ch.Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not taking any action to reinvestigate the case. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that charge sheet was filed on 20.01.2024, before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Palakol and the case is pending for trial and the relief has become infructuous in this writ petition. 6. Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
