COMMON ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus calling for the records relating to issuance of impugned Resolution No 408 (File Edn.3/DEO/2018), dt 09.10.2018 from the file of 1st Respondent and after perusing the same set aside the impugned Resolution dt.09.10.2018, in so far it relates to School Assistant (Social Studies) post by declaring it as arbitrary discriminatory illegal and contrary to law and consequently direct 1st Respondent to fill up all School Assistant Social Studies posts earmarked for recruitment by transfer in terms of Rule 9 (i) of TTDs Employees Service Rules, 1989 issued in GOMs.No.1060 Rev.(Endts.III) Dept., dt.24.10.1989 read with letter Rc.No. 230/PS- 1/2012, dt.30.07.2018 of Commissioner of School Education, AP and with all other consequential benefits, monetary or otherwise and pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel representing Sri K.Ananda Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Srinivasa Baba, learned Standing Counsel for TTD.
3. Undisputedly, the petitioner made a representation dated 30.07.2018 and the same is pending before the TTD Authorities for
consideration.
4. In that view of the matter, both parties agreed for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent authorities i.e., 2nd respondent, to consider the said representation in accordance with law and rules within a reasonable period not later than three (03) months from the date of this order.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to present fresh representation also, in addition to the earlier representation. If that be the case, the authorities shall consider the same in accordance with law and rules within a reasonable period not later than three (03) months from the date of this order.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
