By way of the instant petition the petitioner is challenging the order dated 13.07.2023 passed by the learned Presiding Officer of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur (M.P.) in Original Application No. 52/2021 as per (Annexure P-1) whereby the learned presiding Officer of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur (M.P.) has without giving the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner passed the impugned order. 2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the present Writ Petition under Article 226 would not be maintainable, because the matter relates to SARFEASI Act and under this Act, the matter is heard only before DRT. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application before concerned DRT/DRAT, if law of limitation or other laws permits.
