The petitioner-Major Jameet Singh (retired) by his very essence as being an ex-army official bound to obey the command be it of law as well as of rank, conceived to undertake residential construction at his self-owned plot of land as plot No.68 in khasra No. 204 min, village Chak Rattanu, tehsil and district Jammu in connection with which one of the essential compliances required for him to procure is a NOC from the Station Headquarter Rattnuchak, Jammu on account of the proximity of his residential plot with the Army Campus. 2. Since the requisition for issuance of NOC properly routed with respect to the petitioner got held up at the end of the Serial No. 111 2 WP(C) No. 1955/2025 respondent No. 3, as such, the petitioner was constrained to come up with the present writ petition. 3. This Court asked Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI to take notice of the present matter for enabling this Court to dispose of this writ petition at its inception stage and, accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3- Station Commander, Station Headquarter, Rattnuchak, Jammu to dispose of the pending case of the petitioner relatable to issuance of the NOC for the construction activity as intended by the petitioner with respect to his residential plot in accordance with rules and regulations as applicable with respect to the issuance of NOC by the Army Authorities. 4. Needful exercise to be done within a period of fifteen days from the date of passing of this order. 5. A copy of this order be provided to Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI for facility of notice and compliance at the end of the respondent No. 3-Station Commander, Station Headquarter, Rattnuchak, Jammu. 6.
