By the present petition the petitioner is questioning the notice of eviction dated 03.01.2025 issued by the Revenue Inspector in pursuance of the order of the Tehsildar dated 23.02.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of Tehsildar subsequent to the order passed by the SDO in appeal under Section 44 (1) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code,1959 is under challenge in second appeal before the Commissioner, Bilaspur along with application for urgent hearing. He further submits that yesterday learned State counsel prayed time to seek instructions. 3. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that the application for urgent hearing along with the application for interim relief filed by the petitioner is being taken up today itself by the Commissioner, Bilaspur. He further submits that the second appeal pending will also be decided within stipulated time, in accordance with law. He further submits that as the case is sub judice before the Commissioner, instructions has been issued not to proceed in the eviction notice dated 03.01.2025 (Annexure P- 1). 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents attached. 3 5. Considering the submission made by learned state counsel, Commissioner, Bilaspur is directed to decide the second appeal pending before him within a period of 30 days from today. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to apprise the court of Commissioner, Bilaspur about the order passed by this court. 7.
