ANUP KOUSHIK KARAVADI(SC FOR TIRUMALA TIRUPATHI DEVASTHANAMS) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 1st Respondent in not regularizing service of late K.Suguna Prabha, Matron w.e.f 12.10.2001, as per judgment dt. 05.06.2012 in W.P.No.15773/2006, as arbitrary, discriminatory, illegal and contrary to law and consequently direct Respondents to regularize service of late K.Suguna Prabha, Matron w.e.f. 12.10.2001 subject to outcome of W.A.No.1288/2012, as has been done in respect of S.Nagarajyalakshmi, House Manager (Retd.,) vide proceedings Roc.No.Edn.5/865/DEO/02, dt. 03.05.2018 issued by 2nd Respondent and sanction Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity, Family Pension and all other Retiral benefits, 2 including Provident Fund in favour of Petitioner, in terms of the said judgment dt. 05.06.2012 and award interest @ 18% p.a. from the date the said benefits fell due to her, and with all other consequential benefits monetary or otherwise and pass …” 2. The writ petition is filed challenging the retirement benefits. In the light of the interim orders passed, the petitioner was accommodated. 3. Learned counsel would submit that no further orders are required in this matter. 4. Sri Anup Koushik Karavadi, learned Standing Counsel for Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams is in attendance. 5.
