Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, would submit that a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No. 100 of 2018 on 08.09.2018, and as a counterblast, the present complainthas been made by the petitioner. 5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to look into the complaint dated 25.08.2018 of the petitioner and take action according to law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4 As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
