At the outset, learned counsel appearing for Respondents-2 and 3 submits that claim of petitioner for payment of subsistence allowance from August, 2017 to October, 2017 is rejected by an order dated 03.04.2025 and copy of same is now provided to learned counsel for petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of reserving a liberty to petitioner to challenge the above referred order, if so advised. 4.
