On perusal of the letter dated 24.12.2024 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Kalyandurg, it is categorical that the case in C.C.No.170 of 2014 was converted into P.R.C.No.14 of 2021, vide orders dated 13.12.2021 in Crl.Mp.No.1358 of 2018, and committed to the Court of Sessions 2 and numbered as S.C.No.67 of 2023 on the file of the Court of learned IV Additional Sessions Judge at Ananthapuramu, the same was disposed of on 04.11.2024 itself, thereby, no cause survives in the present criminal revision case. 3. Hence, the criminal revisions case is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders granted earlier if any, stand vacated.
