The limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner that he made his representation on 05.05.2025 for correction of his seniority in the gradation list issued as on 01.04.2024, in which the ALOK SHARMA Digitally signed by ALOK SHARMA Date: 2025.08.08 19:29:09 +0530 2 Respondent No. 3 sent the communication to the Respondent No. 2/Competent Authority to take appropriate decision for correction of the date of birth of the petitioner in the gradation list which is pending till date, therefore, the respondent No. 2/Competent Authority may be directed to take a decision pending representation dated 05.05.2025 and communication dated 22.05.2025 within the stipulated time frame. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State have no objection if a such a direction is being made to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2025 and communication dated 22.05.2025 within the stipulated time frame in accordance with law. 3. Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the issue involved in the matter, the Respondent No. 2/Competent Authority is directed to take a decision on the communication dated 22.05.2024 (Annexure P/4) sent by Respondent No. 3 within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law on its own merits. 4. The petitioner is further directed to produce the copy of this order to the Respondent No. 2/Competent Authority within two weeks from today. 5.
