ORDER
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“….to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing vide Notification Rc.No. /1190./CS/2017-1, dated 03.10.2017 in reserving the Fair Price Shop No.41 of Sirivella Village and Mandal, Kurnool District under Open Category (Women) as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the procedure contemplate under A.P. State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008 and its Guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.4 (Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS-1) Department Dt 19.2.2011 and violation of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent issue fresh Notification in accordance with CCE Re.No.N4/4361/2011, dated 28.09.2011 issued by the Commissioner of Civil Supplies….”

It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies that pursuant to the impugned notification dated 03.10.2017, one B.Varalakshmi has been appointed a Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No.41 of Sirivella Village and Mandal, Kurnool District under Open Category (Women) vide proceedings dated 29.11.2017 issued by the 4th respondent and since then she has been continuing as such. 3. As the petitioner could not obtain any interim order in the present writ petition, and in pursuance of the impugned notification, one B.Varalakshmi was appointed as Fair Price Shop dealer on 29.11.2017

by the 4th respondent, and since then she has been continuing till date, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause survives in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
