1. Counsel for the petitioners prays for the following relief(s):- (i)That, the Hon’ble Court be pleased to call for the entire records in connection of the Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2025.08.13 11:30:12 +0530

(ii) That the Hon’ble Court be further pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the pending bill/undisputed amount of Rs. 18.21 lacs of petitioner within stipulated time period with interest from the date of submission of bill before the respondent authorities till the actual relization (iii)Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition against the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities whereby not releasing the bill of Rs. 18.21 Lakhs, whereby the petitioner done work for special repair of godown room in Tahsil building at Patthalgaon, District Jashpur (C.G.), due to visited by the Chief Minister of the State of Chhattisgarh and the work has been done by the petitioner as on June 2022 as per the instruction of Collector as well as Executive Engineer. The bill/undisputed Rs 18.21 Lacs is still pending after the lapse of about 3 years. Therefore, he prays for a direction to release his undisputed amount.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioners seeking direction to respondents to consider the pending application towards payment of undisputed amount, he is having no objection to the limited prayer and if the case of the petitioner pending for undisputed amount, it will be considered in accordance with law.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the respondent authorities to decide the representation (Annexure P/4) and communication (Annexure
3 P/5) as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law subject to verification of documents. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the undisputed amount as claimed by the petitioner, the same shall be released at the earliest, if already not paid.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not observed anything on the merits of the case.
7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
