ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondents in not regularizing service of late B.Prabhavathi, Matron w.e.f. 12.10.2001, as per judgment dt. 05.06.2012 in W.P.No.15773/2006 as arbitrary, discriminatory, illegal and contrary to law and consequently direct Respondents to regularize service of late B.Prabhavathi, Matron w.e.f. 12.10.2001, as per the said judgment dt. 05.06.2012 in W.P.No.15773/2006, subject to outcome of W.A.No.1288/2012, as has been done in respect of S.Nagarajyalakshmi, House Manager (Retd.,) vide proceedings Roc.No.Edn.5/865/DEO/02, dt. 03.05.2018 and sanction forthwith Family Pension, Gratuity and all other Retiral benefits in favour of Petitioner, without reference to

letter Roc.No.Edn.5/865/DEO/02, dt. 21.07.2018 of 2nd Respondent and award interest @ 18% p.a, from the date the said benefits fell due to Petitioner.”
2. The writ petition is filed challenging the retirement benefits. In the light of the interim orders passed, the petitioner was accommodated.

Learned counsel would submit that no further orders are required in this matter.
4. Sri Anup Koushik Karavadi, learned Standing Counsel for Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams is in attendance.
5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to Costs.
