Also heard Mr. Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer for respondent No.1/State as well as Mr. Sabyasachi Bhaduri and Mr. Palaash Jha, learned counsel for respective respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief: “(i) set-aside/ quash the impugned First Information Report Dated 15.07.2023 bearing FIR No. 305/2023 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 IPC registered in Police Station Gudhiyari District Raipur CG. Copy of FIR 15.07.2023 against the petitioner in the interest of justice. (ii) grant any other order(s), deemed fit & just in the facts & circumstances of the case in favour of petitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been convicted by the learned trial Court. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
