Since the issue in both the writ petitions is the same, these are disposed of by way of this common order. 3. On 30.10.2014, this Court passed an interim order directing the respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders as warranted under law. 4. Though the matter was adjourned from 01.09.2025 to today, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 5. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that a vacate petition has been filed. Learned counsel further states that both groups were merged, and the petitioners, along with other eligible candidates, were called for the draw of selection that was held on 5.8.2021. The petitioner in W.P.No.32500 of 2014 was listed at serial No.3, the petitioner in W.P.No.32472 of 2014 was listed at serial No. 2 in the list of qualified applicants, and both the petitioners were absent on the draw date. 6 JS,J W.P.Nos.32472 & 32500/2014 6. As per the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents have considered the petitioners' case; however, the petitioners did not participate in the draw held on 5.8.2013. On the other hand, candidates shown at serial Nos. 1 and 4 attended the draw, and the petrol bunk was allotted to the candidate shown at serial No. 4. The respondents entered into an agreement on 15.11.2023 with Sandhya Priya Butti. 7. In light of the submissions made by the learned counsel representing the respondents, the matter in the writ petitions no longer survives for adjudication. 8. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
