By way of this petition, the Petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased set-aside the order dated 5.10.2023 (Annexure P/1) and further direct the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to continue his services at the present place of posting i.e. Office of Regional Transport Authority, Jagdalpur, District Bastar (C.G.). 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an order of attachment has been passed which was banned, and as such this Court has passed an order of stay dated 10.10.2023 and on the verge of the stay order, the petitioner is continuing on his present place of posting. Learned counsel further submits that in an identical matter, the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court in WPS No. 4122/2023 set aside the attachment order reserving the liberty to the respondents to take appropriate steps on the administrative side in accordance with law, therefore, this petition may also be disposed of in terms of the order dated 05.07.2023 passed in WPS No. 4122/2023 (Annexure P/6). 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents/State does not dispute the proposition made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and order dated 05.07.2023 passed in WPS No. 4122/2023 (Annexure P/6), the impugned order dated 05.10.2023 (Annexure P/1) is set aside reserving the liberty in favour of the respondents to take appropriate steps on the administrative side in accordance with law. 5.
