GP FOR CIVIL SUPPLIES (AP) The Court made the following: 3 VS,J W.P.No.40380 of 2018 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent vide Rc.CS3.105/2018, dated 23.08.2018, in proposing to bifurcate the petitioner’s Fair Price Shop No.1 along with other fair price shop in Kotakonda Village, Rudravaram Mandal, Kurnool District. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents. 3. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies has produced a copy of instructions of the 4th respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Nandyal Division, vide Rc.Cs.1419/2025, dated 19.08.2025, wherein it is stated that, as of now, no bifurcation has been made in respect of the petitioner’s Fair Price Shop in question. 4. Recording the above instructions, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court feels it appropriate to close the writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge any further notification issued by the respondents with regard to the bifurcation.
