The grievance of the petitioner is that his appeal filed in R.A.No.20/2023 before the 2nd respondent- Assistant Commissioner, Tumakuru Sub-Division, Tumakuru, has not been disposed of although it is nearly two years after the appeal was filed. The appeal was filed - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:38709 WP No. 12373 of 2024 by the petitioner being aggrieved of the rejection of his Application filed seeking regularization of unauthorized occupation of 2.00 Acres of land in Sy.No.114 of Tubinakere village, Amruthuru Hobli, Tumakuru District, on the ground of shortage of gomal land. 3. Having regard to the innocuous prayer made in the writ petition, the writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to the 2nd respondent-Assistant Commissioner to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in R.A.No.20/2023, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
