This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 07.08.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.433 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.223 of 2014 on the file of learned Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act-cum-X Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry (for short, ‘the trial Court’), wherein a petition filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 389(1) of Cr.P.C seeking to suspend the sentence of imprisonment and fine and the petition is partly allowed. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and Sri K. Sandeep, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, appearing for the 1st Respondent/State. 3. The present Criminal Revision is filed questioning the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.433 of 2014 in Crl.A.No.223 of 2014. The said Crl.M.P.No.433 of 2014 is filed seeking to suspend the sentence of imprisonment and fine. 4. A perusal of the e-Courts case status in Crl.A.No.223 of 2014 shows that the case was disposed of as settled before Lok Adalat on 15.12.2015. In view of the disposal of the main Crl.A.No.223 of 2014 before Lok Adalat, this Court views that the cause for the revision does not survive for adjudication. 3 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as cause does not survive for adjudication.
