ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to pass an order or direction or writ, more particularly writ in the nature of writ of mandamus duly declaring that the GO Ms No. 52 dated 04.04.2016, and further the consequent attachment in Crl M.P No. 833/16 in Cr. No. 12/2015, on the file of Special Judge for ACB Cases-Cum- III, Additional District and Sessions Judge at Visakhapatnam as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice as well as against the principles laid down in Article 300 (A) of Constitution of India, and consequently, quash the GO Ms No. 52, dated 04.04.2016, and set aside the orders in Crl M.P No. 833/16 in Cr. No. 12/2015 dated 19.07.2018, in the interest of justice and to pass…”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor-cum-Standing Counsel for ACB. 3. After hearing the arguments to some extent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition may be closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Special Court in accordance with law for necessary relief. 3. In the light of above submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the writ petition is closed without adjudicating the merits of the case.
The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Special Court for necessary relief in accordance with law. 3
